Cancellation Policy

If a client wishes to cancel an ongoing project, a formal cancellation request must be submitted in writing and duly signed by an authorised representative. Should the project be terminated before completion, Krify UK Limited will invoice the client for the portion of work completed up to that point, based on the resources and time invested.

If a project experiences a delay from the client’s side exceeding 30 days, Krify UK Limited reserves the right to consider the project cancelled. Reactivation of the project will require a formal written request. In such cases, an invoice will be raised for the work completed prior to the delay, determined by the resources utilised.

Refund Policy

Krify UK Limited adheres to the following refund policy, and by engaging in our services via krify.co.uk, all clients acknowledge and accept these terms.

This policy does not apply to external parties, including third-party service providers or affiliates not directly managed or employed by Krify UK Limited.

We encourage every effort to resolve any concerns or disputes before initiating a refund request. A refund will be considered only after all reasonable attempts to reach a satisfactory resolution have been exhausted.

Refund requests will be reviewed only if a mutually agreeable solution cannot be achieved. Krify UK Limited is committed to handling every project professionally and to delivering results as agreed. However, under exceptional circumstances, refunds will be issued according to the following terms:

  • An 80% refund of the initial payment will be provided if the project has not yet commenced.

  • For projects cancelled during execution — whether in the design, development, or testing phase — a partial refund will be processed, based on the work completed and resources used up to that point.

  • No refunds will be issued once the project has been fully completed and deployed to the client’s server.

Limitation of Liability

Krify UK Limited shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss of revenue arising from the use of our services or deliverables. We reserve the right to terminate any project at our sole discretion and without liability. Furthermore, Krify UK Limited is not responsible for any damages, issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party tools or services used in conjunction with our solutions. These third-party services operate independently of our offerings.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the krify.co.uk website after changes are made implies acceptance of those updates.
