We designed and built a complete on-demand fuel delivery platform that connects customers, fuel vendors and delivery drivers in one place — letting people order fuel for doorstep delivery or pickup, while vendors manage stock in real time and the operations team coordinates every delivery from a single dashboard. The Challenge

Selling fuel through an app sounds straightforward until you look at everything that has to happen behind a single order. Our client needed to bring four very different groups — customers, fuel vendors, delivery drivers and their own operations team — onto one platform, and make it dependable enough to launch in a busy, fast-moving market. The hard parts were clear from the start:

Serve four audiences at once. Customers, drivers, vendors and administrators each needed their own app or dashboard, all working from the same live data.

Track deliveries in real time. Fuel is time-sensitive and safety-critical, so live driver tracking, accurate maps and route optimization were non-negotiable.

Handle retail and B2B together. The platform had to cope with everyday doorstep orders as well as larger refinery-to-station deliveries for business customers.

Be ready to scale from day one. Launching in the Nigerian market meant the system had to stay fast and reliable as order volumes climbed.
